Elk Neck State Park - North East, MD
Until recently there wasn't much opportunity for mountain biking in this park south of Northeast Maryland. But lately the Delaware Trailspinners have begun maintaining this neglected trail system and have been turning riders on to a new riding experience there. It's not a huge park, but with its views over the Chesapeake Bay, it's definitely worth the trip.
